Continuing to build trust is key for every leader as you create a positive team environment to optimize engagement and performance. The Profiles XT Team Report provides insights for the leader and members regarding how trust functions for each team member. The Profile Outlook Behavior is a key profile parameter that measures the level of trust and people anticipation of outcomes and motives. Refer to page 7 of the Profiles XT Team Report to understand the narrative of what outlook (trust) looks like for this team and key points for the leader and each team member to consider. Continuing to build trust amongst the team members will enhance the level of employee engagement and performance at their highest competency levels driven by a motivational team-centered environment created by the leader. Inevitably, conflict will arise and the team members will need to work together to find a solution. When there is trust, this conflict becomes nothing more than the “Pursuit of Truth” – an attempt to find the best possible answer.
On page 12 of the Profile XT Team Report the team leader receives an overview of the team’s profile score averages. This provides great insight for the leader about tendencies toward each behavior and provides key tips for the leader to consider to optimize how they might lead their team.
